The game is NOT using/applying Xbox/Playstation HDR Calibration app settings.

The games have a good HDR implementation, providing an accurate HDR Brightness slider and Midpoint slider in nits.

Measured Peak HDR Brightness can go up to 8.000 nits.

If you have an LG OLED and:

> you're using Dynamic Tone Mapping or Dynamic Contrast:

  • Set HDR Brightness slider to: +8 clicks (starting from 0/Mid; which is around 4.000 nits);

> you're using HGIG:

  • Set HDR Brightness slider to: -7 clicks (starting from 0/Mid; which is around 800 nits) or -4 clicks (for G2) or +1 click (for G3).

If you don't have an LG OLED and:

> you don't have an HGIG option:

  • Set HDR Brightness slider to: -5 clicks (starting from 0/Mid; which is around 1.000 nits);

> you're using HGIG:

  • Set HDR Brightness slider to the corresponding real Peak HDR Luminance of your TV in "nits" by following these references:

For RE2:R Only: set the second "Brightness (HDR)"/Midpoint slider to -7 Clicks from Middle/Default in order to fix a black level raise issue in HDR with this game.

For RE3:R Only: leave the second "Brightness (HDR)"/Midpoint slider to Middle/Default as it already corresponds to a balanced/correct exposure and gamma.

Hanno sistemato l'HDR di re2 remake perché con tutte e due a -7 è molto buio in generale
