The game is NOT using/applying Playstation HDR Calibration app settings.

The game has a decent HDR implementation with a Peak HDR Brightness selector in numerical values (different than nits) which can go up to 1.450 nits, but only for specific lights and conditions while generally remaining in an SDR range most of the time.

If you have an LG OLED and:

> you're using Dynamic Tone Mapping or Dynamic Contrast:

  • Set HDR Luminance slider to: 10 (which is around 1.500 nits; Max);
  • Set HDR Darkness slider to: 0.

> you're using HGIG:

  • Set Set HDR Luminance slider to: 4 (which is around 800 nits) or 6 (for G2) or 10 (for G3);
  • Set HDR Darkness slider to: 0.

If you don't have an LG OLED and:

> you don't have an HGIG option:

  • Set HDR Luminance slider to: 6 (which is around 1.000 nits);
  • Set HDR Darkness slider to: 0.

> you're using HGIG:

  • Set HDR Luminance slider to one of those values and the corresponding real Peak HDR Luminance of your TV in "nits":

Set HDR Darkness slider to: 0.

In all cases leave the HDR Brightness and UI Luminance sliders to Default as they already corresponds to a balanced/correct exposure and gamma.
