Hi all!

I've been planning this month's practice for quite some time now. Ever since beginning to read Bill Morgan's book "The Meditator's Dilemma", I've been playing with his concept of the "holding environment" in my own practice.

It's been so transformative for me, I knew I had to share my own version of this practice with you all.

Morgan's concept of a holding environment in meditation consists of 4 main ingredients: Relaxation, Delight/Playfulness, Gratitude/Wonder, and Warmth/Tenderness. The holding environment is a state where these ingredients are all present, allowing the mind to truly settle into the present moment in a beautiful (stress-free!) way.

In this 10 minute practice, I take you through cultivation of each of these pieces, aiming to show you the potential for your own inner landscape - your own holding environment.

It's hard for me to get into one of these meditations, but I really want to keep trying. With practice, 10 minutes shouldn't be so hard anymore.
