Hi everyone! 

For this month's meditation, I thought it was time to give our bodies some good ol'fashioned lovin'! Let's practice together with a simple body scan - a practice of noticing, softening, and then letting go. 

I invite you to lie down for this month's practice and get comfy! Our aim is to simply be with what is, and relax. Mm, yummy. Enjoy! :)
