Hi all! For this month's guided meditation, I wanted to do something special - I wanted to invite you into my own personal practice. 

This guided meditation is a version of what I do in my own practice every day. This is what I base my daily practice on, my home base if you will, and I'm so happy to be sharing it with you. 

In this practice we are working with different levels of open awareness, while sprinkling in some loving-kindness (my favourite!) as different experiences come to mind.
