New Years is nearly upon us, and you know what that means... New Years Resolutions

Apparently only 8% of us actually keep the resolutions that we make. With that leaving 92% of us feeling unsatisfied and unaccomplished, I don't like those odds. 

That's what this month's exercise is about: Setting goals and following through. You'll need a pen and paper for this one, it's a reflection! I hope you find it as helpful as I have in the past. 

Lastly, try not to focus too completely on the things that you don't have, and the things you have yet to accomplish. Remember to take a moment for gratitude as well! Like Kobi Yamada says, "Just think how happy you'd be if you lost everything and everyone that you have right now, and then, somehow got everything back again." I love you guys!
