Hey all! 

This month's practice is a little bit different. It's an exercise from MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion), and when I participated in it the first time it changed my life. We're going to be exploring our Core Values.

You're going to need a pen and paper for this, as it's more of a reflective exercise and less of a meditation practice. Know that it's okay to stop the meditation at any point if you need more time to reflect or write, or if it becomes at all overwhelming.

After you've finished, I would love to know your answers to the end questions in the Facebook group, if you're comfortable to share. Let's continue the conversation!

(Also, this week's video is going to center around this practice. So if you feel you need some more instruction or clarity, I hope to provide it in Friday's video!)

If you have the time. I'd highly recommend doing some of the other practices she's posted. The one for bad days from July is A+ content.
