its always been my theory that, when Po opened the dragon scroll, that first few seconds the power of the scroll instantly got absorbed by him, thats why he is so strong and a master at kung fu, and he got like knowledge of kung fu, hence the wu shi finger hold which he didnt learn from anyone.

You should totally do a Jack Black movie poll. You've already seen Tropic Thunder, which probably would have won any Jack Black movie poll, but there's plenty of other classic Jack Black performances to see. I think School of Rock or maybe Nacho Libre would win but I'd be interested in seeing how it played out. But you should probably watch Jumanji first so that you can get the sequel on the poll if you do go that route.

Also, fun fact. Jack Black had a very, very small role in Demolition Man. You can see him when Stallone heads into the sewers to look for Simon Phoenix and finds Edgar Friendly.

I remember going to see this in theaters when I was 13 years old. My favorite funny moments included Po as a pinball, eating peaches, going through acupuncture, bolting after learning he had to fight Tai Lung, and tossing tiles at his face while trying to climb. It also had its’ emotional moments which mostly surrounded Master Oogway and his wisdom. I actually almost cried when I saw him pass on. I would say it’s more like how Yoda became one with the force. It was a beautiful way to go, and the music elevated what I felt. Then of course my favorite heartwarming moment was when Mr. Ping told Po about the secret ingredient. There’s no secret to success. The moral is that you just have to believe in yourself. There’s no cutting corners to success. You are your greatest weapon. And people may laugh about Po being Mr. Ping’s son, but family isn’t always about blood. Po didn’t grow up alone. Mr. Ping raised him, and that makes him his father. James Hong is always a win. Those of you who grew up with Mulan, Jackie Chan Adventures, and even one episode of Teen Titans season 3 among other media would recognize him.

i love this movie, very excited for yall to watch the next 2. Jack black is gold, any movie he's in you're 100% going to laugh. Id recommend Tenacious D, school of Rock, ohh and the 2 newer jumanji, those movies he is hilarious in.

Great reaction! I seen this movie in the theater when it first came out and it’s one of my favorite movies. I hope y’all watch Kung Fu Panda 2. It is good as well. And y’all definitely need to check out some Jack Black movies. I concur with everyone that says School Of Rock, I believe it came out in 2003 and it’s one of his best movies. He’s also in the newer Jumanji movies with Kevin Hart and Dwayne The Rock Johnson. I don’t think y’all recognized Dustin Hoffman, he voiced Master Shifu. He’s a legend as well with many classic movies.
