I love how Kamala starts her next day in school with more confidence. She’s finally settled some long overdue scores with everyone. And yes Vince, that was Mase. Mr. Wilson is such a funny counselor. I wish I had someone this upbeat when I was in high school over a decade ago. As of now Pakistan doesn’t have Disney Plus yet, but they didn’t want anyone in Pakistan to miss out. So what they did was premiere two episodes per every two weeks in movie theaters. I first heard about the Partition of India in middle school. I don’t remember much, but I know for a fact that we also didn’t really learn much about it to begin with. Even Iman herself admitted that she didn’t know much about the Partition until she started doing her own research prior to filming.

Actually really enjoyed Ms. Marvel. The first incarnation of Ms. Marvel was actually Carol Danvers in Marvel Super-Heroes #13 (1968) who later became Captain Marvel in the comics and MCU. Side note Carol Danvers is like the 6th Captain Marvel in the comics, Ms Marvel and Captain Marvel are similar to Robin in how many people have taken up the mantle. The 2nd incarnation of the character was Sharon Ventura appearing in The Thing #27 (1985) a comic focused on The Thing from The Fantastic Four. She's also known as She-Thing as well, Still love how you both had no idea who the F4 were before Multiverse of Madness. The Third incarnation is Karla Sofen first appearing in Captain America #192 (1975) and becoming Ms Marvel in June 2009 up until January 2010 when Danvers takes back the title. And finally we have the fourth and current incarnation, Kamala Khan who made her first appearance in Captain Marvel #14 (2013) a character who is only 10 years old so pretty new compared to the more classic Marvel characters. Kamala is of course the focus of this show, Carol and Kamala are who most people think of when they hear Ms Marvel. Side note in the comics we also have Marvel Girl one of the early titles used by Jean Grey of the X-Men. Jean Grey and Carol Danvers have a very interesting history in the comics so that would be amazing to see one day in the MCU.

The cops interrogating are the same ones from Spider-Man lol

Kamala is a jr they mentioned it in the first episode. Nice reaction

The agents who were interrogating Zoey are called the D.O.D.C ( Dept of Damage control) they were in the last spiderman film interrogating Peter Ned mj and aunt may

What's interesting about Kamalas powers in this show are that they function very similar to Green lantern. Green Lantern (A DC Superhero) can create anything with his ring using his imagination, similar to what Kamala can do here with her bangle. In the comics, Ms. Marvel has the ability to stretch similar to Reed Richards (who you saw in Doctor Strange). But in this show, I guess they wanted her powers to be more in line with Captain Marvel which essentially made them like Green Lantern

Luis Ortiz

Damn you tried her with Kate Bishop. Lol

Miguelito

Department of Damage Control! Same people from No Way Home

Shanna

I love how they got Zoe to talk the same way they got Ned to talk. It's funny to see them so engaged and stuff lol.

The little boy Ms. Marvel saves in this ep is the Mosque Shoe Thief. He's literally wearing her friend Nakia's Versace kicks as Kamala is saving him
