What Ibara did underwater is actually reasonable. Our voices are mainly produced by the vibrations of our vocal chords and our tongue movements. The mouth movements are only necessary for better articulations. So while we ourselves don't her our voice well while closing the mouth, the vibrations are still there. And going by how the device seems to work, it has no direct voice command input, but directly translates air vibrations into commands. Hence why it only accepts close up direct input and no indirect input trough recordings or speakers. So, it's actually realistic.

Pre-determined loop where if you travel back in time you cant really change key events and things are destined to happen with or without intervention 2. Multiverse - you go back in time but its actually parallel version of the past where you can change whatever you like without affecting your own timeline since its different

if you look closly when they put the devise on tsukasa they slip it between his hand and chest. when it activated tsukasa was the only one directly touching the devise.

time travel to the future is easy compared to travel to the past. To time travel forward you just have to move really fast relative to someone who is not moving. You experience less time than they do because of your relativistic velocity. Time travel to the past however if freaking difficult as hell. It involves tippler cylinders that have infinite length as well as metric fucktons of negative mass. because of these stipulations, it is probable that backwards time travel is essentially impossible. There are other methods of backwards time travel that make use of wormholes, but the limitations of those are that you cannot travel back further than the creation of the wormhole.

Senku still had his cracks because he threw the revival fluid a bit too soon, so it landed before he fully turned back to stone. It aborted the process before it reached past his arm.
