The benefit of Yuji being alive is that he is literally the only one who can keep Sukuna in his body under control. With that he can store all of his fingers within himself and then be killed. The world then will be freed from existence of Sukuna. It was explained in the beginning of season 1

Nanami could’ve went to Shoko to get healed, but he was worried for Megumi and others in Shibuya so he decided to stay there and keep going. Even when brutally injured he thought of others first. RIP 🙏

The way I see it - If Yuji was executed in the begining, the only change would be that the curses would have to look for another possible vessel. And no, if Yuji dies Sukuna wont die with him as long as theres atleast 1 finger unconsumed by him. It would significantly weaken him though, depending on how many fingers Yuji ate before dying. This is why he decided to go with that plan thinking Gojo will be there to stop him from rampaging and kill him if needed. As for the attack - I dont think it would have been any different

Also, so you know, Yuji and Nobara are both fighting their Mahito halves at the same time, so they're both fighting him atm.

To point it out, when Mahito said he had something up his sleeve, it was the fact he’d split in two, so you don’t need to worry about Kugisaki being dead lol. Her fight’s just starting. The people being sucked up by Dagon (the little lobster man) were the skeletons we saw in his disaster tides when he started his fight with Nanami, Maki and Naobito

Atp though, it would be better for him to die and take down 15 fingers of sukuna. Now if Sukuna comes back he only has 5 fingers of power left which is definitely manageable for the strongest sorcerers of pretty much any era. The worst part is, Yuji has no idea about the pact he made with Sukuna, if he knew, I’m sure he himself would be willing to die immediately to protect those around him, considering he’s already contemplating the value of his life.

Maybe it's just me, but Nanami's death seemed forced just to kill him off. That's why I couldn't feel bad about his death. All he had to do was go back and be healed, but they always choose suicide

Is it me or the translation is weird? I just realised that depending on what website you used, just as an example some translated using the present, but the one I saw was using the past. So I am just curious which one was correct. Because based on the translation you are able to predict next episode.

Animators earn like thousand bucks a month . But if you live in a city like Tokyo you need like 3000+ per person .The MAPPA CEO said he did this to catch up to UFO Table and KyoAni .But MAPPA are on the radar for all the wrong reasons (quantity and staff abuse) . Surely if they could take their time and do less projects . And put all their energy in these projects . They could be one of the greatest of all time .

the thing is that Yuji is the perfect vessel to keep sukuna stuck and not roam free, in the begenning of the series gojo told yuji that he would need to eat every finger of sukuna so that when yuji is killed sukuna dies too, sukuna also says before getting interested in megumi fushiguro that i do not care what happens to you brat, i will still come back eventually when someone eats my finger again and i can reincarnate

As if Sukuna would just lay back and accept it. He could regenerate Yuji's hand or heart in an instant when his power still was at just a couple of fingers. Now there's at least fifteen. Unless you throw some special grade sorcerers at him, Itadori should be pretty much immortal.

I don't think many can fight Mahito and Yuji being one of the few that can. But it isn't purely based on how strong Yuji is and more to do with the fact that Mahito won't use his technique of manipulating souls on Yuji due to the fact that he would also touch Sukuna. We know how that went last time Mahito tried it in season 1

the objective hasnt changed i believe (well not sure about what higher ups think of the shibuya incident as its still happening) but the goal was to get sukuna all his fingers and then kill yuji with sukuna meaning he would ''probably''? die for good and that would mean less curses? to kill more humans :D im so curious how this ends.. :D

I didn't spoil anything. You just didn't read the scene right and assumed something that wasn't shown implied at all. He split into two, then went upstairs and down. One is fighting Yuji. One is fighting Nobara. There is zero implication that the Nobara fight already happened.

Mahito is that kusogaki. The fight was more of a game than anything else. You can tell he is just having fun. He is literally the worse match-up for itadori. Itadori relies on his physical strength and attacks head on. He doesn't really have any techniques. Mahito on the other hand, is a tricky sob. He messes around, fights dirty, utilizes every weakness you have against you. The guy literally throws meat shields in front of him! Itadori might be keeping up with him now, but I really can't imagine him being able to back Mahito into a corner.
