I don't know if there's any validity to this, by my theory is that from the first second of the first episode when Eren wakes up, he knows what the future holds. And in a way, that makes sense by him saying that he sent the titan to kill his mother instead of Bertholdt. But that's some really deep planning if that's true.

I love how that opening sounds like their other openings and endings combined. s3p1 Ed and s3p2 Op are very clear, with a couple hints on the melody of sasageyo. Then the title part sounds so similar to guren no yumiya. And even some small hints to op 2...

The troupe of the hero who committed atrocities is best done in code geass if you enjoy aot you'll more than likely enjoy code geass

There is no better anime in terms of writing. AOT is king at this. There are "decent" writing such as Fullmetal Alchelmist Brotherhood and Code geass (and death note), But like many can point out, each of them never really reach the masterclass AOT reached in terms of writing. So spoiler: NOPE, there is no other anime more complex and better written than AOT. And i've seen +500 anime, (there are other shows that reach same emotional enjoyment but not the same level of writing complexity)

Can't agree with that. The last season is meh tier. So predictable, the end is not even that good. They forgot a lot of think to adapt from the manga (since you speak about the anime) so no, it's not even in top 5 in term of writting.

CREDITS EXPLAINED - The passing of time and wars seen in the background of the tree represents war (obviously) but this is a symbol that peace is never achieved even after Mikasa's death. As time passes a boy and his dog stumbles across the tree with a cave-like opening. This is also the same way Yimir (founding titan) first stumbled upon the titan power. This is also a symbol that History repeats itself. The tree was always the key to the whole series right from season 1. and right at the end its the tree where the founding titans power will be found again. <3

And fun fact, in like the 2nd or 3rd opening, when it shows all the characters standing in front of a wall, behind Mikasa, you can see a painting of a praying mantis and female praying mantis’s are known to bite the heads off of their mates
