Remember several episodes back he came to the conclusion that he experienced the Reading Steiner kicking in way back when he was a kid and after that he started the whole "mad scientist" persona and started talking about "the organization" thats chasing him etc. Its not our tight said but its pretty much safe to assume he from the future jumped way back when he was a child and that started the "delusional talk" he have.

I'm glad you loved this anime, it's my 2nd favourite of all time. Only beaten by Gintama. It was such an incredible ride, I originally watched it during Covid and it really made lockdown more enjoyable!

Even though, I still finished all the vods. I do love your casual reaction luke, but in this case, I do really disappointed at the steins;gate reaction at all. I just dont really get it, why is focus so hard? You definitely can read chat, but why dont you pause it? How can this show be more amazing with missing tons of stuff or conversation?

2023-05-11 01:37:03 I find it sad it he watched it kinda distracted. Steins Gate is an Anime, where if you are one second distracted, you miss something, even if it is something like a small detail.

That smile of Okabe's at the end....may be the best cocky bastard smile in anime. Because he was right. Maybe someone knows, but, what becomes of Okabe, Suzuha, and Mayurii after meeting up in prehistory? That sounds like it's own kickass anime to be made.

With all the muting and copyright issues on these I think that recording the Vods will be better moving forwards, it will help you stay a bit more focused on the shows themselves anyway. Most anime's play songs in crucial moments and its a bit anoying on my end to still have it get muted.
