Yuki Kajiura, the lady on the piano is an influencial composer in the anime scene. If you want to hear her work, you either look up Kalafina, or listen to the SAO soundtrack. Her works are amazing. :3

Yuki Kajiura is awesome. She's the one artist in anime soundtracks that I ever knew the name of and looked into what other music she made, after hearing her music in 'Tsubasa Chronicles' the first time. ("A song of storm and fire" in particular :D)
