86 is the show you go into not expecting much from, and then it blows away your expectations. It's a gem that not many know of, so unfortunately not much chance it will win popularity votes.

One of my favorite anime of all time and i useally dont like mecha anime. 1. AoT 2. Demon Slayer 3. 86

I highly recommend 86 as the next anime you watch, both halves of season one are finished. It also has the same composer as Attack on Titan has, Hiroyuki Swanno, who is quite possibly the best composer of all time.

Hiroyuki Sawano is doing the music in 86 as in Attack on Titan. The book series is still ongoing where the anime had 1 season with 23 eps. So there is the potencial for more seasons

I think you like animes that are more emotional as well as dark and alittle creepy so I would suggest 86, Tokyo ghoul , cyberpunk, or jututsu kaisen.

I'll just say, if you like attack on titan, you'd like arcane and if you like arcane you'll like 86, all three of them are a natural progression imo, like they're all similar in themes and story telling.

*last comment for you about 86 if you're going to watch it, watch until the episode ends, not when you see credits, almost every episode has stuff after the credits.

Attack on titan sets a very high bar for quality, 86 definitely hits that bar and sometimes passes it, it'll definitely grab your attention like AoT does. And its considered by its community to be a underrated gem, it wasn't toooo to popular when it was airing in terms of viewership but its ratings were always very high, like 9.5/10 or higher for pretty much every episode.

This show is criminally underrated and needs to be more popular. This'd be an excellent show to do on the channel next, but it doesn't stand a chance in the polls because it just isn't popular enough sadly. Three of the best things about 86 is some of the best songs in the show aren't even the openings and endings, the visually quality remain comparable to the openings and the writing is deep, emotional and smart.

I would highly highly recommend watching this after AOT it’s just so amazing but a bit underrated it only has one seasons but the anime only just released last year I think so it still has potential to get another season. AOT and 86 are similar in some ways so I think you’d really enjoy this a lot!

Imo 86 won't win a poll, it's recent and a bit a niche anime, very underated and have a lack of people who watching it bc it's a "mecha" anime. But I would recommand it alot, it's on my top of 2021 animes

Eighty Six's quality is imo best described as a "Passion Project" you can see, hear, and feel the love the people who worked on the anime has as it translates very well into the production quality. I doubt it'll win the poll since it's not as famous but I sure hope you'll watch it sooner or later.

Great opening song, i love my mecha anime, but I can honestly say i couldn’t get into this series, just wasn’t for me.

Yes... Eighty Six is more about the emotions than the action. It has a beautiful story and a satisfying end. For me who doesn't like "mecha-anime" as much this is a must watch.

Still my favourite anime to this day, beautiful storytelling art and quite dark, I usually don't enjoy mecha themed but this one hits different.

86 last episode had its own ending called LilaS. You should check out the full ending for Avid and LilaS. So good I listen to them on repeat

Sadly 86 won't win the poll because its too new and not as many people are into it yet. However its one of my top 5 Animes ever. I think its one of the best of the "new" generation of Animes, along with Demon Slayer and Jujutsu Kaisen personally. Its got a similar premise as Attack on Titan but 86 is more "bittersweet". While AoT is constantly brutal, 86 has highs and lows. Which honestly hits me harder and I loved that. Its going to make you cry but you're going to be happy about it somehow. The show is just raw emotion, I don't know how to explain it.
