The only way I can think of to use healing 'wrong' would be to hurt people with it. For example, cancer is uncontrolled cell division right? So someone that used healing magic to rapidly stimulate cell growth could give people cancer possibly. You could also use healing magic with the intent to cause harm, like torturing someone and then healing them to torture them even more. Doesn't look like that anime is doing either of those, but that's what comes to mind when I think of using healing magic 'wrong'.
