something important about the reason why kurapika is stronger then the 2 kiddos is cause his hatsu was initially hyper focused on phantom troupe killing it just so happens that his scarlet eyes (emperor time) allowed him to bypass some of the otherwise necessary restrictions to make him stronger so while red eyed he has his chains and its tricks plus the excellent balance of offense and defense from using enhancer moves with literally 0 debuffs from not being a natural enhancer now apply this as well to emitter/manipulator/transmutator and you have a perfect all rounder with 0 of the consequences from not focusing on 1 thing.
