There is examples of authors writing music for manga. author of bleach liked to give each character their own theme song, and would show the songs at the end of the chapters in his manga so readers could search them up and feel the emotions the author wants them to feel when that character shows up. pretty much every character has their own song and they were added to the anime. Also another example, though idk if this is the authors idea or if it's just for marketing but you often see trailers for new manga that have music written for them

It's not exactly the situation you described. However there's an anime "call of the night" (which is pretty good btw) whose manga was named after a song by the author's favourite band. When the manga got its anime adaptation this song became the anime's ending.

I recommend listening to the english cover version by Jonathan Young. Also get well soon, I miss your voice blasting my ear drums at the beginning of the videos

JAM is an acronym of Japanese Animation song Maker and the member are a famous anime song singers. Kageyama the old guy who always stand at the front is known as Mr. Dragon Ball because he pretty much sung all DBZ opening and ending. Masaki Endoh, the one who scream one puuuunch, is know for a lot of older mecha and super sentai (power ranger in the west) songs. He also did a lot of cover of popular anime songs and sing it with his own style. Fukuyama, the guy with curly long hair is the singer of most song from Macross 7 and Makka na Chikai (a song that was voted as the most hype anime song by japanese anime fan) You already saw Kitadani with his WE ARE!! during your first take reaction. I don't know much about the girl member though
