As some of you may have heard, Patreon is experiencing another "August 2018" and you'll need to double check your payment methods to ensure that everything is going well on your end. I've already had ten patrons get declined on top of still not getting paid for the month of January...

So, yeah, just like Bulma in the picture, Patreon is shitting the bed again.

My payment method is the same and still good. Money is sitting on my paypal but it keeps declining. :/

I've heard that from a few people. I have never had any luck with PayPal, but maybe a debit or credit card would work better? I am a patron of a few people and I always use my debit card. The billing statement doesn't even list the creator's name.

Yeah, the great August 2018 crisis was caused by Patreon switched to London banks from Florida. Before then, I never had to pay a VAT/EU tax on my earnings. The only thing I can recommend is that you seek help by emailing Patreon. PayPal can't help you, I've spent ten hours on the phone, on hold, during the week following the switch from US to the UK, explaining how Patreon switched countries, but PayPal refused to unban my account. At least, with Patreon, you'll get a response via email a lot faster than waiting on hold for literally hours to get some guy, in India, who has no idea how to help you...
