I have a similar monitor but for EGA Graphics (it has a switch to make it green). It look just like that, however it has a 9 pin out so I cannot plug in a Genesis.

You really scored on that CRT monitor and the ZIP drive!

Just caught up with your winter thrifts episodes so it makes the spring episode all the more satisfying! Your shirt is also very springy with that light blue color, hehe. And hey, you're less than 100 dollars away from your top Patreon goal!!!!! And close to 600k subscribers!!!! You are just on a roll lately, so keep up the great work! :)

Sonic and the Secret Rings is pretty fun once you unlock enough upgrades! It definitely requires a bit of patience, but i think it's pretty unique

Should have picked up both of those Sidewinders. You can plug one into the other for some mulitplayer fun!

A while back a couple of my colleagues from work went to the US for a business trip. One of the places they visited was Asheville, North Carolina! I was so bummed that I couldn't go with them. I would've done all the thriftings!

LazyGameReviews

Aw man, yeah if you get a chance to visit it's a great place (and not just for thrifting!)

You need an Orange phosphor monitor next. An NCR branded one. That would so give me the nostalgia tingles as that was the first PC compatible i ever used at the boys and girls club. I played Simcity on it.

Ha! I used to have an NMB keyboard exactly like that. It eventually wore out but otherwise great keyboard. :)

I go to all of the Goodwills in the area every weekend and I never find anything near as cool as you do. Though I did get a Sony MiniDisk Deck MDS-JE330 for $5 a couple months ago. Probably the best find I've had.

Great video !!! Sonic 3 on monochromatic green monitor .

I just this weekend saw my first minidisc deck at a thrift store, but it was in iffy shape and the drawer make an awful scrapy noise when I tried to open it. Wasn't worth the $20 risk they wanted

Man I really loved that yellow thing at 6:50. To bad it didn't work actually that might just be a fuse those old things are easier to repair. Unlike that DVD player that just broke a few days ago.

Nice Haul man!!!

Star Trek: Starfleet Academy is a great game. I loved it back in the day. I just have to get it running in Wine on my Linux machine or thru a VM. I don't own any Windows based PCs anymore.

Are those cousin Eddie's shoes at 1:51? You should have swiped those up! lol

Feeling greedy for getting so much entertainment out of only spending $1. Definitely plan on "upgrading" my LGR payment plan here soon after I get this birthday money (ha.) I'm only a kid and wish I had more income to send you.

This is my favorite part of LGR! Do you have Salvation Army there? We have a couple of huge SA thrift stores down here in Florida.
