This is the file I have had so many requests for! Seriously, I've been meaning to make this file for the longest time. So, this is for anyone who needs to chill out after a long session or a scene that was intense. It has some positive affirmations and a mixture of relaxation techniques to get you in a positive frame of mind, while also leaving you in a space to objectively understand what took place, how it made you feel and leave behind any unwanted residual feelings. 

There is a suggestion in this file about subbiness. Some people might want to feel more themselves while others like to bask in the submissive feelings felt in BDSM sessions and some of the more dominating files created by me or others, so this I made optional whether you feel this and experience it afterwards or not. There is a lot of choice. This also has a wake up when you are ready suggestion.

I know this was meant to be used after an intense scenario situation; however, I had decided to try and listen to this whilst feeling on the cusp of a panic attack and it... Really, really helped me calm down. I know it wasn't for that intended use, but... thank you again, Miss Subject, for this file and for looking after the community.
