It's a bit ironic that the most iconic song/dance of this show (Hey Mama) was by the group that got eliminated first 😄 Nice to see it again in the finals though.

Venom is an iconic performance! Love this show and really enjoyed watching it again with you and others here.

HOOK gives me very, very strong Jabbawockeez vibes. The playfulness, the precision, the small looking moves that make an incredible big picture, the story-telling and the masks. However their second performance, while incredibly touching was certainly a risk. HolyBang also brought incredible skill, precision and energy to their performances and I can see why they are this group I still come across a year and a half later. The one thing I take away from this episode though, is a tiny detail with big implications: The fact the a member ofCoca n Butter couldn't partake because of work. Some of these women put tons and tons of effort and time into this, but do not earn enough to live. That means that those dancers still have their 9-to-5 jobs and do these mind-blowing things in their free time 🤯

Offtopic, since you mentioned "joining because of SWF": I specifically joined because of in-depth chandelier analysises, but since the 4th or 5th episode of IONTBO there has been none of that... ☹️

I think the thing with allowing voting to start before performances are shown is bc people aren't really voting for the last mission. I think by the last episode people have already made up their minds about who they thought were the best throughout the entirety of the show. I didn't really have a strong bias toward any particular group out of the 4 but I feel like Holy Bang was a fair choice so I'm satisfied. It was nice to hear your growing appreciation for dance. It's something that I love and honestly I fangirl over some dancers/choreographers as if they were idols. I do hope that somewhere down the line 'hit the stage' wins in the poll (clearly not happening this time) bc there really are some amazing stages put together that I think you'd enjoy and a couple of my fav dancers got to partake. Last thing, I'm so confused as to why Mnet would show a close up of Sumni in the audience at the very beginning if they wanted to play coy with revealing who the artists were that would be working with each crew. They make weird decisions sometimes.
