Quick bug-fixes update (Patreon)

Hey everyone,

I just updated the new release build on itch  with a few bug-fixes, the most significant one being the exit of the haunted house not spawning immediately when you complete it. While it was not game breaking, as you just have to save and load the game to make it spawn, I still think it warrant an immediate fix since it's quite annoying. 

Thanks to all who reported any bugs, it' always welcome.
