This whole thing with her accepting Bo-Katan and gathering non-helmetted Mandos together? Bullshit and dirty work for Gideon, the one she considers the true wielder of the Darksaber. 2. She dipped out right before the ambush on Mandalore by a bunch of beskar clad troopers. Who made that armor for them? Why was her timing so convenient? 3. Din got pulled aside for "debriefing". Guaranteed that debriefing will include the Armorer walking out and revealing herself to be on Gideons side.
