Henry, that spelling bee story was heartbreaking. I can only hope that watching The Rock hit your TV every Monday night in the late 90s wasn't a triggering moment. I am not a fan of coleslaw. Anytime I get it in a little cup at a seafood place it goes right in the trash. However, I will confess that the best sandwich I've ever had did include coleslaw. It's basically just a take on The Rachel (pastrami, slaw, thousand island, on rye), but it's from a deli in Boston called Sam LaGrassa's and is pastrami, corned beef, slaw, swiss, and thousand island dressing on rye and it's magic. It's also 20 bucks or something crazy now so I never buy it and probably haven't had one for five years or so (when it was a more palatable 14 dollars). The coleslaw on it though is basically just fresh, sliced, cabbage with just enough dressing to make it stick together. It's divine.

Omg first off Bob saying the words “whale 9-11” made me laugh so hard I almost woke up my Girlfriend As for me I also share Bobs disdain for the auto correct It works so week most of the time that I’m not turning it off but it’s so annoying with curse words “I don’t give a duck” doesn’t have the same ring to it

My husband briefly lived at mills in grad school because his school (which was co-ed) rented out dorms there, and he said the motto among the female students on campus was “gay for the stay”, though as one of the few men there, he was pursued a lot. Sadly mills is no more, It’s campus is now owned by a different, out-of-state private school.

"And a hot plate!" is one of the favorite lines of My Life Partner and I. She and I are also proud products of the state educmakashun system, but living in Massachusetts we totally got the Seven Sisters jokes, especially Mt Holyoke as a party school. I dated someone in high school who went there for summer college prep camp and all she learned was which wine coolers had the highest alcohol content. Just last night I was talking with someone about how lame it is that Lisa married Milhouse in the future cannon. It's one thing if he had matured but if anything he's more pathetic as an adult. It would be more in character for adult Lisa to be single and free. And having been a total Milhouse when I was young, I wouldn't have wished young me on my worst enemy as a spouse.
