heyo peeps! not much to show this time aside from some remaining stuff left to implement for the start of level 3, hopefully next week i'll be a ble to work with new material!
here's a screencap of rick implementing the tile movement mechanics for the mirror maze puzzle. I only had to draw the big chonky arrows in this case!
next, i worked on having andy jump through mirror shards from one puzzle grid to the next. These are kind of recycled animations, as the basic movement is taken from andy jumping on the inflatable dick, but i still had to make the liquid surface effect and edit all the frames so it had to be andy without his jacket and bandana.
to complete the fishing minigame we had to have a win and lose status, so i had to animate those too. Here's what happens if you don't reach a certain point cap before the timer runs out.
and what happens when instead you manage to score enough points.
last bu not least, the fishing minigame required a user interface to show how far you are from completion and your remaining time (don't mind the time going so fast, in the game it'll be real seconds XD)
alright, this is all i have for this week! nothing revolutionary or sexy but it's stuff that has to be done nonetheless , heh. Catch you later peeps!
