Congrats on quitting a job!! It's always nice to be able to do that and instead, do what you like. I was wondering if I should tell you that Farnese is one of my favorite characters. Really there are a bunch of amazing characters in the future and a fair bit of them are women! Berserk may have a lot of people that criticize it for its rape and brutalization of women. In reality, everyone gets that treatment. Including the MC! Heck, Miura is actually really good at writing women. Infact all my other favorite characters are women! They even have conversations amongst themselves about themselves and their place in the world. So, there is that. You are thinking of a Caduceus. Yeah, it reminds me of that too. Guts is insane... Yes, he is. Betchi!! that Behelit is really becoming a character in this story, btw, he's a cheese man. I mean, everyone likes cheese, right? Farnese not perceiving Puck is funny to me, and Puck! I always Imagin that she hears Guts's conversation with Puck as a mumble. Kind of like when the grownups talk in The Peanuts. It's like mbmbmbmbmb! That's just me though. Yeah, when Serpico opens his eye, watch out!!!! I also agree with Guts's idea of what a miracle is. If we saw that shit in real life, I would freak out too! A miracle is something that is not supposed to happen and is outside our reality. That is why things don't spontaneously happen. Things don't just pop in and out of existence etc. The rules of physics do operate with CAUSALITY. Causality just means cause and effect. One thing cannot happen without the thing before it is happening. So, this is the principle that the world of Berserk subscribes to. It is also what happens in our world. Some say destiny, some say we have no free will etc. It's debatable. Guts says fuck that. Oh, the horse!! That horse is a big meme in the community!! Whenever someone says that the horses in berserk get the short end of the stick as far as being killed, I'm like, they deserved it. :) Oh, Farnese with her lusting after Guts and not being truthful about her feelings as a human being. Especially after she assaults Guts under the influence of a possession. I feel for her on some level, she is not being truthful with herself, and Guts is showing her the truth of the world. It often reminds me of in real life very religious people who get caught doing not so moral things. They oppress themselves so much, they become hypocrites. I mean, I live in Texas so it's all around me every day. It's tiering. To put your mind at ease, Guts is a one-woman man. I hope he proved that when he told her to get the f off his sword. So, why was he balls deep in that one chick on page one?? Well, to grab your attention! Got to sell the story somehow! Also, you can say that he knew that was an apostle because his brand was bleeding and he trapped her and played her game better than the apostle did. The result was the same, a dead apostle and Corkus was avenged. Casca was just going to have to understand.
