Hey everyone, it's been a while.
First off, thank you to all of you guys for the support.
I've got enough together to pay for my animating software for a few months and I can also keep the website up that offers the online version of the game.
Because of that, I wanted to give a little heads up that I'm going to switch this patreon from "pay monthly" to "pay per creation" in a few days.
This way you can still show your support by beeing a patron without actually needing to pay anything.
Still need to take a look into how it's done, but hope that everything works out as planned.
If you're wondering how Dream Molder comes along, I at least made some progress.
I finished writing the story, scripts and a lot of the dialogues, but I'm still straightening things out. (Rewriting, adding and removing parts that dont fit and so on...)
After finishing the story scripts alltogether it took me around 2 weeks to get about 45% of the dialogues done.
So I would guess it's another 2-3 weeks until I've got the rest of them and can start drawing and putting it together into a demo for now.
There's not a lot of people taking a look onto the site, but I've put up a progression bar that I update almost daily over here:
https://in-dark-waters.blogspot.de/
Once I'm done with the writing the drawing/sketching should go a lot faster again.
Can't promise anything though since I have a lot of change coming up in real life.
If everything works out I have more time than before though, starting next month.
A question I have for you guys now is if you would like to have the demo once it's done.
I thought about uploading it but wasn't sure since it would be mostly still pictures and sketches to the text, and that would probably spoil the full version.
Something else that I thought about were some random H-Animations to upload here, that dont have anything to do with the game.
I did some sketches, but always felt bad for doing something else than Dream Molder so I didn't really get to animate anything.
I guess I need to stop worrying about this stuff and just do it.
Both, the demo and animations would be free posts of course.
I'm not going to upload any paid posts since I've got enough support from you guys.
Should I decide to swap back to monthly at any point in the future I will give you a heads up beforehand, like this one right now.
That wont happen until I at least finished the game though.
I also finished writing another short story for a game that I'm going to work on once Dream Molder is done.
That one is ready to be colored and animated, so it wouldn't take as long either.
But I guess that's all news for now...
I'm always bad at keeping it short, so most of you probably don't even get to this point.
Sorry for the long silence from me and I hope to see you guys around when I finally upload some more stuff.
I really wish I could do this faster...
Have a nice week everyone.
Edit: I just changed to per Creation, so nobody will be able to pay anything for now.
If there's any posts or downloads you can't see because of that even after becoming a patreon, let me know and I'll fix it.
