Yeah, I love that moment between Mr. Mazzara and EJ. I also love that Mr. M (as EJ would say) is so proper and robotic in the way he speaks 🤣🤣🤣

This is a bit of a filler episode and it's not very interesting to watch, I felt like you got a bit bored in parts. There was an episode like this in season one too which is why they reduce the episode count for seasons 3 and 4 to 8 episodes to cut out the filler. It makes a big difference. But things really pick up in the next episode, it's one of my favourites of the season. But what I do love in this episode is all the personal moments. Miss Jenn helping Nini to realize that her new school isn't right for her, Mr Mazzara helping EJ feel better about not getting in to the college he wanted and Gina and Carlos sorting out their differences and confiding in each other were all such great little storylines. I also find the Ricky and Gina thing so interesting, Gina is clearly so hung up on him but it's like he can't see that because his full focus is on Nini right now. And I think many of us have loved someone who doesn't even notice. Also yes Olivia and Josh were broken up at this point and reportedly filming was very frosty lol. But they did a great job with their acting because you wouldn't know. 😂 And the song in this episode was written by Olivia while she was writing her debut album, so all her songs this season sound so much like her solo music. Which isn't a bad thing. 😊

I really liked the bonding moments the teachers in this episode had with various students, but in particular I loved Mr. M's talk with EJ. It's hard to live up to a family legacy and EJ deserves to have his own story.
