Randee Carreno

Here we go!!! This is by far my top favorite episode of the season. Or maybe in my top 5. Favorite scenes in this episode: the scene with Buffy and Spike in the park, and the Buffy vs. Angelus fight. The fight scene was really well edited cutting back and forth from the fight to Willow doing the spell. I always have tissues on hand for the very end for when Buffy has to kill Angel even though Willow's spell worked. 😭 Already looking forward to the start of season 3.

Man does this season finale hit hard! The gang doesn't realize the spell worked and that Buffy had to kill HER Angel in order to save the world. Can you imagine what that does to a person? Especially a 16 year old girl who had to give up the person she loves most for the greater good! Just tugs at your emotions! I am not going to answer your questions at the end because that would be super spoilery. I'll just say that you'll find out when you continue the show ;)

At the end of this episode I always cry . Sarah Michelle Gellar I think it is one of her best performances in the series. I think the first and second part of these last 2 episodes got like millions of views on tv out of alot of series. Still is one of my favorite 2 episodes on a TV series. 🙂❤️ Always love your reactions Travis. ❤️🙂

There's nothing funnier than Joyce and Spike hanging out together in the living room. Lol! "You hit me once with an axe. 'Get the hell away from my daughter'..." Classic. Buffy teaming up with Spike is an unexpected bit of fun and I am always here for it.

Yes, Angel is dead. Technically, he's in hell. And it's devastating. It was such a surprise. I really thought they'd save him. I guess they did, but... it was too late, and Buffy having to kill him was heartbreaking to watch. Sarah Michelle Gellar plays that pain so well. The stunned look on her face when she realizes that Angel's back, and then when she realizes she still has to kill him... oh my heart. Definitely one of the best episodes of the entire series, in my book. It's so good. And lots more good stuff to come in season 3! Looking forward to seeing what you think.

Xander not telling Buffy what Willow actually said. I still believe his true motivation was always jealousy. Haha She was wearing overalls in the end scene, that's why the "jeans" looked funny.
