Funny how people say that about literally the one word that he says about Brittany, which he apologizes for in the very same ep, but never anything about how incredibly awful Santana is in this mini arc..not just the super rude and ridiculously hurtful insults(including body shaming) but also manipulating Brit to joint Troubletones.🤷🏾‍♂️

ah yes, the beginning of the Glee writers getting one of the most talented vocalists ever on the show (Idina Menzel) only to give her a pedophilia storyline

Damian McGinty (the actor that plays Rory Flanagan) co-won the Glee Project reality show in 2011, so he got to be on the show for 7 episodes. Rory doesn't do much, but he's always around.

Finn was an ass this episode. I didn't like how he treated Blaine

I love Santana but it’s around this portion of season 3 that I really started to grow weary of her relentless insults

Gemma Rivera

Yeah, this episode has always been kinda meh for me too except for Candyman and the birth of the Troubletones. Get ready for some uneven storytelling. I mean, just last episode Mercedes was fighting with Santana and then this episode they're besties. I mean, I just kind of see that it was a way for the show runners to feature more singers because as Santana says, "It's the Blaine and Berry show" I personally think it's about time for them to put Mercedes at the forefront and Santana as well. They are my favorite vocal pairing of the whole series. Fun fact: Both Darren (Blaine) and Kevin (Artie) were in the original music video for Last Friday Night. Darren's line in episode 2x14 (Blame it on the Alcohol) "Best Party Ever!" was a nod to him also saying that in the music video. But yeah, other than Candyman I thought that the music in this ep was boring

This is kind of the norm for Finn. He acts like this whenever he feels threatened by a new guy, which happens quite a bit actually. He was never a favorite of mine for that reason. Plus, I think he's kind of blah

Ilsuk Yang

Yeah, completely forgot this episode even existed. Yeah, Brittany is well, Brittany. Honestly don't remember what happens after that last scene in this episode, but I'll found out soon when I watch the next episode with ya Travis! And yes, Burt is awesome (completely forgot about his running for congress against Sue)

Staton Chapman

That's very true. I think he has a couple more genuine moments then Rachel but yea they really do fit together personality wise

Gemma Rivera

Yeah, Finn has never been my favorite character, but he gets better as the series goes on. I was never a Finchel fan, I always liked Finn more when he wasn't with Rachel. Love Cory though

I agree about this episode, it's ok but a bit meh. This is how I feel about a lot of season 3 unfortunately. But true that Candyman was good. As for Finn calling Brittany an idiot, it was too far but I fully understand why he was pushed to that point. It's just like when Artie called Brittany stupid. Both times it's been Santana manipulating Brittany and taking advantage of her naivety. Of course there's Santana's constant bullying and insults too, but her manipulativeness is the worst thing about her for me. She made Brittany cheat on Artie with her by telling Brittany that it's not cheating because the plumbing's different, Brittany broke Artie's heart by doing this and that's why he called her stupid. And in this episode Santana used Brittany's belief in Rory being a leprechaun to get her to leave the New Directions, which she didn't want to do, and that hurt Finn and that's why he called Brittany an idiot. Was using that word too far? Yes. But do I understand why Finn said it? Yes. And is Santana an awful person? Yes. 🤷

I just don’t think it should be taken so seriously. It’s entertainment. Why no talk about Sue and her being the reason why Quinn and Santana are the way they are ?

I hated the Leprechaun thing. His songs were boring, (with that voice a missing oportunity to sing never gonna give you up), and they made Brit beyond cartoonish. Why? She was just an awkward troll in the first two seasons. Oh, well, at least we got The Troubletones and Candyman.
