Finally, an episode where I didn't feel like Peter and Rebecca were 2D characters. Phenomenal acting from the actor playing Peter in those emotional scenes as well. I really felt for him during his flashbacks and like you, I felt how his pain caused him to make the decisions he made. I still don't buy his and Rebecca's love. I just don't think Rebecca's blind trust and Peter manipulating/ killing her fits that description. However, I really liked how conflicted I felt and that I was simultaneously empathising with Peter and yet horrified at what he did to Rebecca. As you said, his character is just so tragic. Regarding what they were planning to do to the kids...I understand Peter and Rebecca's perspective. It's not ok, but again they're driven by the need to survive which is a very human thing. The theme of fear and death is one that Buffy explores often as well (as we saw with Inca Mummy and Ford). Final point. I still think that the creepy lake lady could be Charlotte (the mother). I'm not 100% sure if the parents really died abroad and the lake ghost lady seems to always turn up when the kids are in danger. Dani is a good person, but Flora was screaming at the time. And it would make sense if the parents died at the manor because I do think that's the only way for Miles to survive the possession. If Miles really is tucked away in a memory with his parents and his parents died at the manor, then they could possibly cross paths with him in a memory. At this rate, I think they're the only ones who can help him. On the other hand, now that Hannah has faced the truth, maybe there's a way she could help Miles as well. Really great reaction as usual Thor! :)

PS: I don't think it would happen because we only have 2 episodes left, but I'd personally love to see Mile's perspective in the next ep. I'd like to see him in his "forever house" and to maybe see him question the reality of it all. Peter sold it to them like it's a place without pain, and so I wonder if Miles would be conscious at all (like Flora when she realised she was in a memory) or if he just feels something is off but remains unaware that it isn't real. I think it'd be interesting, since Peter tends to lie. How would Peter know if he's never experienced it himself? Just a thought :)
