This season, the World Power Conference takes place in London. This conference certainly includes many world powers, but more importantly these powers are discussing electric power generation. It is not only coordination in the electric industry that promises a *brighter* future but also leaps in the world of aviation, with a US team completing the first ever global circumnavigation. The world is not however full of progress, as is on display in Argentina where indigenous people are murdered to make way for settlers.
