I hope everybody had a fun and safe new year with loving friends and family!

Now it's time to get back to meal prepping!

What better way to kick things off, than a tasty comfort food style breakfast :)

Typically the breakfast recipes are lower in fiber, but this one can easily be bulked up by adding in some veggies of choice.

If you cannot find the crescent dough sheet, you can always use a roll of croissants and just lay the entire dough roll on top.

How would you adjust this to just make it with real eggs or mostly real eggs? I have an intolerance to egg whites (weird I know…I can eat the whole egg but not the egg white)

Omg…..so good. Entire family ate it. So much for portioning for myself. :)

I need to know also. No intolerance but we have chickens so I don’t purchase eggs. I wouldn’t know what to do with egg yolks and we don’t waste food.

Made this for my husband this morning and he said it is his favorite! Converting them one meal at a time!

This was really good. I screwed up on the cresent roll sheet so about 1/3 of the 9x13 I put in some giant biscuits on them and it turned out great! I would keep it in the oven a few extra mins longer just to make sure the biscuit cook through.
