Just because it's winter, doesn't mean you can't enjoy a tasty smoothie once in a while. Especially if it helps you hit your protein goals and satisfies those sweet cravings!

And what better flavor for the colder months than a nice apple pie?

I used vanilla protein powder in this one, but I'm thinking a caramel flavor would go great if you have access to it!

Yum! I just made the apple pie overnight oats and rhe banana nut overnights oats for my breakfast this week.

Yum! Smoothies are my favorite. I am so excited to try this apple pie version. I think a small container of vanilla protein powder is in order just for this. 🙂

I had cinnamon toast protein so that’s what I used. I didn’t peel the apple and it’s perfect!!
