It's December, and Christmas is slowly approaching.

Usually around this time of year, people are less likely to stick to their health & fitness routine. And that includes meal prepping.

Sometimes "life" gets in the way and interrupts our regular schedule.

Whether it's kids being out of school, time off from work, traveling, etc. we tend to move away from the healthy habits that we have created for ourselves.

I'm gluten free so I would omit the wraps, how would you replace the lost fiber?

Can these be made for the week I head without the wraps getting soggy? My daughter dosent have access to a microwave this month. And I hate packing a lunch with her every morning. I would like to pack it ahead of time.
