Suuuuuuper excited to share this recipe with you all! Beef Stew is one of my personal favorites during the colder months. And this is one way that I really like to make mine.

As you can see, the cost of this recipe is much higher than what I usually share. Which is one reason I hesitated for so long releasing this one. But hopefully everybody can work this into their budget to try it at least once.

The long cook time was also a worry of mine. But after receiving some feedback, it seems this style of recipe is something a lot of people would make use of. Maybe start the cooking process before leaving for work and when you get home, it's ready :)

Now, I am relying on you all for some important feedback here. My wife is Puerto Rican, and over the years I have taken a liking to Puerto Rico cuisine. One of the best things I have ever eaten was a Puerto Rican beef stew called Carne Guisado. If you all would be interested, I may try to make it for the first time and share. Or maybe this beef stew is good enough for now? Let me know what you think!

I may be throwing in some peppers as my husband likes to make his beef stew spicy. Like adding habenero peppers and jalapeños

Making this right now! My house smells amazing! I'm pregnant, so I'm going to throw in a little rice and add a bit more carbs in for myself, but I cannot tell you just how excited I am for this. Thank you for all your amazing recipes that I can share with my family!

This one was DELICIOUS!! We used to make pot roast as a staple during the winter. This recipe reminded me how much I missed it <3

Best stew I’ve ever made in my life. I added 1 pkg of Lipton onion soup mix. Made this 3 times now
