One of my all time favorite little snacks around the holidays! If you love cream cheese, you'll definitely want to try this.

Quick Holiday Snack - Classic Cheese Ball

Who else always makes a cheese ball for the holidays? It's one of my favorite little snacks! Remember, all foods fit. My stepmom always made this at holiday time. She added sliced green olives and 2 TBS of minced onions soaked in brandy. So dang yummy!!

Oh my gosh, Zach! My mom used to make this too, with a couple changes - we sooo loved it! She used the box shredder to shred the onions very small instead of chopping. And she used what now is called Veggie Griller Crumbles instead of the Buddig because we had friends who were vegetarian that came over. Thanks for bringing out your family recipe! Can’t wait to try it w/the Buddig! 😊

How long does this last in the fridge? Looking to have this as a snack for a week but not sure it will last that long

I made this and totally messed it up. lol. I accidentally used half the cream cheese (it just didn't even dawn on me that my one pkg was only 8 oz) and half the beef (I ordered a 4oz pkg but they delivered two 2 oz pkg and I didn't notice until after I had portioned everything out).
