The warmer weather is here and what better time to break out the pineapple recipes!

While this may not satisfy a craving for an actual slice of pineapple upside down cake, I think it's a pretty good substitution. Especially when you have it for breakfast. I mean, who doesn't wanna start their day off with cake?

*Note - the cherry in the picture is just for aesthetic purposes and is not factored into the calories/macros. But as you can see, this is an overall lower calorie recipe. So if you want to chop up a few cherries and toss them in, that will just make it taste even better :)

I loved this recipe. Added just a splash of vanilla and 1 packet of sweet n low to it. I never eat breakfast and this is now my go to.
