I am thinking of making this for a dessert without the frosting, then add sugar free apple pie filling and cool whip on top.

I don’t see protein powder listed in this one. Is that correct?

Yes, not all of the baked oats will have protein powder. I try to mix it up now and then for individuals that don't use protein powder.

Yummm! Should I use Truvia brown sugar blend or Truvia Sweet Complete Brown??

Just joined up, and this was the first recipe I tried. Wow! It was delicious! I was skeptical at first before the batter was very thin, but the finished product was cooked perfectly! And that cream cheese topping is *chefs kiss*

Is anyone else’s sticky kinda when it comes out of the microwave or just me? It’s like the outside cooks but not the middle… what did I do wrong?!
