Where are my banana lovers?

This smoothie is super low calorie and delicious! If you want to lower the calories a little more, you can probably get away with just using half a banana. But using a whole ripe banana really gives it a good amount of flavor and sweetness.

I always have bananas in the freezer for smoothies or baking. Peeling them and putting them in the freezer also tends to amplify the banana flavor of them.

I do not do videos for smoothies or oats. You're just putting everything into a blender so there's no need.
