This one was fun to make (and eat)! We wanted to come up with something similar to a pizza lunchable, so this is what we came up with. Technically you could sub the crackers for pita and add some pizza sauce.

For those of you that do not like cottage cheese, Greek yogurt is a good substitute that will give some protein for very few calories.

I'm so glad that you used 4% cottage cheese for these macros. I am not a fan of 2% or FF cottage cheese unless I'm adding it to something else.

Greek yogurt, cheese sticks, boiled eggs, tuna packs, chicken packs, all pretty low calorie, high protein, options

If i substitute the cottage cheese for boiled eggs how many can it be?

To stay at around that same calorie target? 2 boiled eggs. That would give you (depending on the size of the eggs) about 140 calories, 10g fat, 0g carbs, and 12g protein (for 2 eggs). So around the same.

They are high enough calorie to be a meal. But depending on your specific goals and needs, they could also be a snack.
