Why in the world did I stop on this video? Now? I’m telling you, I was just trying to shift some things over on a shelf in back reaches of the Library (librarians gotta librate) so I could run a Swiffer duster in the back of the shelf (cobwebs! Not on my watch) and this thing started glowing a delightful pale lemon yellow, and pulsing at me. This always means, “see me” and while I have my bratty side, I’m not feeling that today. So “Yes, please” was pushed and here we go. - Certainly this was recorded before my time in the Library, so I had nothing to do with any of the events recorded herein. But … oh I got to see! I got to see you leave your (crappy? Non creative? Not well paying? Kind of demoralizing? Maybe it was good but certainly a time and energy suck?) ahem, job, thanks to striking a deal with Quinn, and finally getting paid whst you are worth for what you can do. - Oh the giddy excitement! Ok maybe you just looked kind of crazed due to bad lighting and your beard in it’s winter growth spurt. but! The excitement was real. The joy. The sense of the financial burden being lifted, at least enough for the moment. The plans for the future. The ideas, finally given full reign. - I’m late to this party but still I say, Huzzah! And congratulations. I hope, if you read this message, it reminds you how it felt.
