When you cast a sorcerer spell and use sorcery points to apply a Metamagic option to that spell, you can expend 1 charge to reduce the sorcery point cost by 1, to a minimum of 1 sorcery point. Additionally, when you cast a spell that deals cold damage in this way, you can treat any 1 on a damage die as a 2. The robe regains all expended charges daily at dawn.
