Frostwing Ring

Ring, very rare (requires attunement)

The Frostwing Ring, crafted with the utmost precision and mystical expertise, features a serenely resting white dragon, its visage eternally captured in a tranquil state of regality.

While wearing this ring, you have resistance to fire damage.

Breath of Frostwing. As an action, you can exhale a blast of chilling air in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 15), taking 4d6 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Once used, this property can't be used again until the next dawn.

Glide on Icy Winds. When you fall, you can use your reaction to cause icy wings to sprout from the ring, slowing your descent and allowing you to glide to the ground. You descend 40 feet per round and take no damage from falling.

The wings last for 1 minute or until you dismiss them as a bonus action.
