Sailor Moon steps in to Animelee!

I'm happy to announce this skin has hair with working physics on vanilla and does not require m-ex! Comes complete with:

- Forward Smash items:
    - Spiral Heart Moon Rod
    - Tuxedo Mask's Cane
    - Deep Aqua Mirror
- Custom hair with physics
- Custom dress with physics
- Revamped base model (no more twig legs!)

By special request, I've made the Yellow costume Black Sailor Moon - a very popular fan art twist on this character.

Other items such as turnips, the parasol and Toad are unchanged but might get revisited for future releases.

I've also experimented with a thinner outline around the model which is about half the size - let me know what you think! I'm trying to strike a balance between having the outline clearly visible in-game while improving how the model looks in close ups and animations.
