Cardonali the magical imp was doing what he always did, he caused   trouble to others for his own amusement. Cardonali had the ability to   put any thought into a person's mind and manipulate them as he wanted   to. He stood unobserved or at least unacknowledged in the back of an   elevator waiting to see who would get in.

Charlene was looking forward to attending the Totally '80s theme party at her friend's house on the 113th floor.  She stood with her hands on her hips and a big smile on her face as she thought about the fun she was about to have.  It would be the social event of the year.  As Charlene was a social animal, she would be the life of the party.  There were also several guys who she knew would be there that she wanted to dance with.  If one of them was lucky, they would be allowed to drive her home.

But Cardonali had other ideas of what would make for a good social life.  Thus he swapped Charlene's social graces with those typically found in a common dog.

When Charlene arrived at the party, she was so excited that she stuck her tongue out and started to pant.  She was offered a drink immediately, such she lapped up with her tongue until there wasn't a drop left.  When she saw one of the guys she liked, she positioned herself behind him and started to smell his butt.  As she was a hot girl, he didn't mind too much and took her to dance.

When another girl tried to cut in, Charlene bared her teeth and growled at her.  Charlene's antics were gossiped about at the party.  It was strange but no one asked her to leave, although some of her friends did try to speak to her.

That changed after Charlene got too many drinks into her and started to mark her territory with pee.  Then the hostess demanded that she leave.

Not that the man she was with at the time didn't offer to drive her home.  In the end, he didn't mind her strange behavior as long as in the end, they screwed like dogs in heat.
