the problem Bob, is that the critic in this instans has made several very flawed reviews in the past, showing a complete lack of understanding the games he reviewed....as you say he should understand the mechanics, even if he dont master them, which he has shown a major problem with..... :/

I'm fine with any skill level as long as there is a fair willingness to understand the game and ability to parse design qualities from their own performance. Doesn't have to be regardless of it, but they should be able to known when something is on them or a problem.

Wow, that sounds painfully petty, great insights on gate keeping and on how you feel the reviews process should work, its rather interestingly similar to Yahtzee's I feel, anyway solid insights, fun to see Iven again, good luck with the next video/project!

The "controversy" is so dumb, I looked at this video and thought "Cuphead has a controversy?" and only remembered about it after you explained the details.
