What this one will does is: Stop/block the production of Myostatin protein temporarily while also stimulate increase of Folistatin molecules in the muscles. This will also keep myostatin flowing in the heart area to prevent growth of the Organ. 

You may use 2-3 times after your workouts. Drink Water and don't overuse.
