Casein is a protein, found in milk, that is made up of almost all essential amino acids, but with a very slow absorption rate, lasting from 5 to 8 hours inside the body to digest completely.

This protein has uses and benefits in several fields of health, not only as a muscle building supplement. The good thing about consuming this protein during the night before bed, is that it slows down the catabolism process, the one that happens after training or workout, when proteins of the muscles are used, making you lose instead of winning. So when consumed before bed, it helps to maintain the process of rebuilding muscle fibers during sleep and neutralize the catabolism process stated above.

So what this audio does is convert the energy of the audio into pure casein molecules substance into the body, specifically 30 grams of this protein.

I highly recommend that you use it only 1 time before bed, for a few days, before you feel the need to use it maybe 2 times. But let it be clear that using 2 times, it is the same as adding 60 grams of the protein, and that if your daily protein intake is already over the limit, it can cause protein overdose and cause problems. Also I don't recommend taking or using this to have more than 30g protein at a time, only once is enough.

You may feel sensations like satisfaction or no hunger after listening once though not mandatory. Also a good form of knowing it's working is if you have frequent medical check ups, or if not, if you work out, you may notice muscle increase.
